Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Service Agreement
By engaging York Region Web Studio for custom web design or website maintenance services, you agree to the terms outlined in your custom project proposal and selected package tier.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment of all project fees, client owns all custom site copy, branding graphics, and text content provided or created specifically for their business website. York Region Web Studio retains the right to display finished work in portfolio showcases.
3. Payment & Maintenance Subscriptions
Initial design fees are billed according to your selected package (Levels 1 through 4). Maintenance and support features are provided according to package tier specifications.
